What is EPNA?The Eastland Parkway Neighborhood Association (EPNA) exists to improve and enhance the quality of life for residents and businesses in the Eastland neighborhood and Lexington-Fayette County as a whole. The EPNA’s purposes include promoting community involvement in neighborhood planning and zoning, traffic control, safety, and beautification; serving as a liaison between the community and the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government; and addressing other issues as determined by the membership. |

ELIGIBILITY. Membership of the Association shall be limited to residents and residential property owners within the boundaries of the Association neighborhood as geographically described in Article III. Within these geographic limits, any resident or owner who subscribes to and supports the purposes of the organization shall be eligible for membership.
